Lunar New Year Delivery

The last date to place your order online is 6th February for delivery prior to Lunar New Year.

Due to holiday, orders placed between 7th February and 14th February will be arranged accordinly from 15th February onwards.

Shipment Notice

Delivery service may be delayed (from 29 March - 5 April) due to system maintenance. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Shipping Cost And Delivery Times

With the exception of Mu3 & Mu7 headphones, and specifically listed promotions on the website. The shipping cost for orders over USD $200 are free in Singapore and Malaysia. While for the rest of the destinations, you can enjoy free shipping for orders over USD $500.

Shipping Days And Schedules

1. The shipment will be ready in 1-2 business days upon confirmation of payment. This might vary depending on stock availability.

2. Under normal circumstances, shipment will arrive at the shipping address in 2-5 business days subjected to shipping destination and custom clearance.

3. Delivery service is only available from Monday to Friday, 10am to 3pm. No delivery on the weekend and Public Holidays.

Custom And Duties

Orders may be processed directly from our distribution center in Hong Kong. Please note, these orders may incur customs & duty fees, which the customer is required to pay to receive their order. For Visa and MasterCard payment, dynamic currency conversion charge may applied by the credit card processor at the point of sale.
