Christmas & New Year Delivery
The final date to place your order online for delivery before the festive season is 12:00PM (noon) on 17th December.
Orders placed between 17th December and 28th December will be dispatched from 29th December onwards.
Orders placed between 31st December 2025 and 1st January 2026 will be dispatched from 2nd January 2026 onwards.
Shipping Cost And Delivery Times
With the exception of specifically listed promotions on the website. The shipping cost is free for delivery in Australia and New Zealand. After ordering your products on au.kef.com, it will take up to seven days to receive your products, in most cases sooner. If you want to know the status of your order at any time, please contact us.

Shipping Days And Schedules
1. The shipment will be ready in 1-2 business days upon confirmation of payment. This might vary depending on stock availability.
2. Under normal circumstances, shipment will arrive at the shipping address in 2-5 business days subjected to shipping destination and custom clearance.
3. Delivery service is only available from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. No delivery on the weekend and public holidays.
