What can I expect from a demo?
Our aim is to provide you with first-hand experience of the product you’ve selected. We’ll tailor the demo to suit your needs and interests and provide you with a personalised session focused on immersive, high-fidelity sound.
Can I choose the product colour for the demo?
Some colours may not be available at your selected retailer. However, you will be able to select the colour you want when ordering your product.
How long will my demo last?
Each session is scheduled for one hour, but this can be extended depending on the availability of time slots.
Is it possible to reschedule my appointment?
Yes, all appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled. However, when rescheduling your appointment, will you only be able to select a date that falls at least two days in the future. To cancel or reschedule an appointment, refer to the confirmation email you received.
