All KEF products ordered on kef.com have a 30-day money back guarantee. During this time, you can return or exchange your purchase for free, and we will ensure that you get your money back. All returns (including exchanges) can be made within 30 days of receipt. As a condition of eligible returns, all returned products must be unused and please ensure the original packaging, warranty card, gifts and all other accessories are included and are undamaged. If you have a problem with your product or you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact us. We're here to help.

Once the speakers are back with us, we’ll check that everything’s in order before processing the refund. We’ll inspect them to make sure they’re in like-new condition. If the speakers have been damaged, through abnormal use, we may not refund you.

If we’re refunding you, we’ll send the money back to the card you’ve used. We’re not able to credit a different card or use anything but the original payment method.

Before starting the return proces, please check if you have had the products for 30 days or less? Are they in like-new condition?  Did you keep the original packaging and all accessories? We won't be able to refund you if you're not eligable our return policy.
