Christmas & New Year Delivery
The final date to place your order online for delivery before the festive season is 19th December.
Orders placed between 20th December and 24th December will be dispatched from 27th December onwards. Orders placed between 27th December and 1st January will be dispatched from 4 January onwards.
Festive Season Delivery
The final date to place your order online for delivery before the holiday season is 23rd January.
Orders placed between 24th January and 2nd February will be dispatched from 3rd February onwards.
Shipment Notice
Delivery service may be delayed (from 29 March - 5 April) due to system maintenance. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Shipping Cost And Delivery Times
With the exception of Mu3 & Mu7 headphones, and specifically listed promotions on the website. The shipping cost for orders over USD $200 are free in Singapore and Malaysia. While for the rest of the destinations, you can enjoy free shipping for orders over USD $500.

Shipping Days And Schedules
1. The shipment will be ready in 1-2 business days upon confirmation of payment. This might vary depending on stock availability.
2. Under normal circumstances, shipment will arrive at the shipping address in 2-5 business days subjected to shipping destination and custom clearance.
3. Delivery service is only available from Monday to Friday, 10am to 3pm. No delivery on the weekend and Public Holidays.
